Saturday: A Guided Tour through The City of a Hundred Spires

Join us as we tour the beautiful capital of the Czech Republic. We'll start our morning with a visit to the Prague Castle, located on one of the Prague Hills, Hradcany. We will tour the very grounds where Holy Roman Emperors once held their offices and where the Bohemian Crown Jewels are now kept. Enjoy a leisurely walk around the Loreto Sanctuary, the residence of the Czech President, St. Vitus Cathedral, and the old royal palace.

We'll stop for lunch at the Lion's Court, which offers an incredible view of St. Vitus Cathedral. We'll continue on to the Lesser Town via the Ledebourg gardens, which offer a great city view.

Lesser Town (or Malá Strana, to locals), is one of the country's most historic regions. Home to many Czech scientists and politicians in the past, the town is dominated by Baroque architecture. Our tour will take us to the 18th century St. Nicholas Church, Vrtbovska and Waldstein gardens, Our Lady the Victorious Church, and Kampa Island.

We will end our excursion with refreshments aboard a one hour cruise on the Vltava River.
